"Forman Makes a Movie" Screening: There's Something Wrong With Katie
“Forman Makes a Movie” is proud to present There’s Something Wrong With Katie, a feature-length film produced over the course of the year by twenty-two students at Forman School! This is the film’s public premiere, and everyone involved is ecstatic and grateful to share their hard work with all of you at Pilobolus’s Five Senses Festival.

"You can watch the trailer for There's Something Wrong With Katie right now by clicking this link: https://vimeo.com/formanmakesamovie/tswwk-trailer"

Pitched as a horror-comedy mash up of The Breakfast Club and The Exorcist, There’s Something Wrong With Katie is about Katie McCallister, an overachieving valedictorian, who becomes possessed by a malevolent demon and must be saved by her ragtag group of friends. Scary, funny, and just a plain good time, you won’t want to miss this rare opportunity to see this movie in a drive-in-like setting.

Starring Alex Becker as Katie McCallister, with Levon Degennaro, Kseniya Kotova, Nate Winalski, Bruno Cameselle, Ahlon Harkness, Emma Sendewicz, Owen Goellner, Adam Bendon, Spencer Fappiano, and Robert Kwalick.

The screening is a free event that will take place outdoors at Judy Black Park in Washington Depot, and will start at 8:30 PM. It is recommended that patrons arrive early to find space.

“Forman Makes a Movie” is yearlong filmmaking initiative for students at Forman School, and one of the country’s leading secondary education programs for digital media. Every year, a group of students produce an original, feature-length film, carrying it through every phase of production, all the way from development to distribution. FMAM have produced three features up to this point and have already started working on their fourth.

FREE. No registration required.

All of FMAM’s previous films can be seen at www.vimeo.com/formanmakesamovie.
