An antique airstream speakeasy on the farm, nestled at the edge of the field, serving you an assortment of eclectic local and exotic libations.

Spring Hill Wines produced right here on the property, Kent Falls Brewery beers from up the road, Averill's Orchard hard cider and a curated list of infused cocktails to bring you to your senses. Created by Cassandra Purdy, herbalist/mixologist Arvolyn Hill, and their team of chefs and collaborators.


Open to all, 21+. No reservation is required.
